Shipping Policies

We use UPS Ground for our standard shipping. We also offer UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air.  The delivery time depends on the shipping method selected and your destination. For international shipments see below.

International Shipping

Currently we only ship to Canada, Great Britain and Australia. At this time however we are only taking international payments through PayPal. Please contact us for shipping charges (we use the USPS for international shipments). The price converter is there to help you obtain a ball park figure on the cost of the cars, however due to the changing of the currency rate this amount may vary. Please contact us for a more accurate quote if you are interested. The customer is responsible for taxes, customs duty fees and administration fees that may be imposed by your country.

Return Policy

We guarantee against manufacturers' defects for 14 days of the receipt of the merchandise. We must be notified of the defect within 5 days of the product delivery, otherwise return policy is voided, no exceptions.
Products with Manufacturer Warranties which exceed 14 days, may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions.

All returns/exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise, Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.

Unwanted products may be returned with prior authorization only! All returned merchandise is reimbursed for the original purchase price less shipping & handling and must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Unwanted product returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Refused Delivery:
Customers will be responsible for all charges associated with shipping and handling. Once the merchandise is returned to our warehouse, credit will be issued for the original purchase price less shipping and handling (both ways).

Backorder Policy

Backorder merchandise will be shipped once the backorder items are available (unless otherwise stated by customer).

Damaged Goods Policy

Defective Items:
A customer must return merchandise at their expense (shipping cost) within 14 days from the date of delivery with prior Return Merchandise Authorization number. If an exchange is not requested at the issuing time of the RMA and automatic store credit will be applied once merchandise is returned back to the warehouse.

If the item has been received to our warehouse after 14 days of the delivery, at our discretion, we will either accept return and a 50% restocking fee will apply or the merchandise will be returned back to the customer at their expense for all shipping and handling cost.

Privacy Statement

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.
